Pricing
UpSensei is free to use — all core posture-coaching features run on your device, no account needed. Free sessions run for up to one hour each, with or without an account. UpSensei Pro removes the limit entirely and adds optional Cloud mode — sessions synced across your devices, persistent full-precision replays, and profile switching.
Choose your plan
- Monthly — €6.99 per month
- Annual — €69.90 per year
Price shown including VAT.
Payment is processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) as merchant of record — your bank statement will show CREEM.IO. What that means for your purchase — contract, right of withdrawal, cancellation — is set out in our Terms (§§ 4–6).
What Pro adds
- Unlimited session length — no one-hour cap
- Optional Cloud mode: sessions synced across your devices
- Silence during calls (Teams, Nextcloud)
- Switch posture profiles (Sitting / Standing)
- Smooth full-precision replays
As a guest or with a free account: all core features on-device, one hour per session. No account needed to start.
UpSensei points a camera at you, so the privacy model matters more than the price. How video stays on your device, what our servers can and cannot see, and how to verify each claim yourself is documented on our security page.
Not ready to decide? How posture coaching works day to day — desk setup, camera placement, the habits it builds — is covered in our guides.
Questions about billing
How do I cancel my UpSensei Pro subscription?
Any time, in the Creem customer portal — open “Manage subscription” on your account page. Cancelling stops the renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. The same portal lets you change your payment method and download invoices.
What happens when a free session reaches the one-hour limit?
The session stops and the app tells you why. Everything recorded up to that point stays in your history, and you can start another session right away. UpSensei Pro removes the limit, so one session can cover a whole workday.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes — the amount shown is the amount charged. The VAT share inside it depends on the rate of your country, which is why the checkout asks where you live. Invoices are available from the Creem customer portal.
What name appears on my bank statement?
CREEM.IO. UpSensei Pro is sold by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia) as merchant of record, so the charge comes from Creem, not from an entity named UpSensei — it is the same company whose checkout you entered when subscribing.
What happens to my Cloud sessions if Pro ends?
They are not deleted when the subscription ends. Recordings simply age out under the standard retention rule — deleted 90 days after they were recorded — unless you switched on indefinite retention while on Pro, a choice that keeps being honored afterwards. New sessions fall back to the free tier: on-device analysis, up to one hour each. You can also delete your data yourself at any time.
